Lisbon is an unforgettable full day tour. Our capital is one of the oldest and most magnificent capitals in the world, as well as being one of southern Europe’s most popular cities. This is a city with over 2000 years old. City of an outstanding beauty, filled with historic memories, traditions and a legacy left by different cultures, in each inhabitant, each home, each street, each monument. Every corner you turn you will be surprised by a church, square, a viewpoint, traditional restaurants, old and modern shops or simply a garden. You will never know what you will find street after street. The Statue of Christ, the Belém Tower, Lisbon downtown (Baixa), Chiado Quarter, Alfama Quarter and São Jorge Castle will be the highlights of this epic journey. All the time in the world won’t be enough to enjoy all to do and see in the capital. Let Lisbon blow your heart away.

- Albufeira / Lisbon travelling time around 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Brief stop for coffee and toilet.
- Almada (estimated time of arrival: 10: 00h or 11: 00h)
- We will start our epic journey with a visit to the Cristo Rei viewpoint in Almada, which was inspired by Corcovado Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Portuguese statue was conceived in gratitude for Portugal being spared the Second World War. The visit up to the terrace of this monument is optional and is not included in the tour (Entrance: € 5.00 per person).
- Our next stop will be in Belém, Lisbon, where we will visit Belém Tower, a unique 16th century fortification (Entrance: € 6.00 per person / Free entrance for children until 12 years old - Not included). In Belém area, the scenery breathes the glory of ancient times, where Belém Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Jerónimos Monastery and the entire area around it, are the main landmarks.
- Mandatory stop at Pastéis de Belém pastry shop, known all over the world. Custard Tarts have being manufactured since 1837.
Near the pastry shop, if the tour takes place on the 3rd Sunday of each month, we will have the opportunity to watch the beautiful Solemn Changing of the Guard at the National Palace of Belém, by the Presidential Squadron (Republican National Guard)
- Free time for lunch (between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half), in downtown Lisbon
- After lunch meeting point: It will depend on the area where we are. Usually on Rua Augusta or Praça do Comércio (Terreiro do Paço)
- Pedestrian guided walk to Rossio Square, Figueira Square, Restauradores Avenue and Largo de São Domingos. Mandatory stop by the famous A Ginjinha bar (since 1940), where you will taste the famous sweet cherry liqueur, courtesy of Johnny´s Tours. The Portuguese are incredibly fond of this drink.
- Guided walk through the Alfama District, one of the most famous and typical neighborhoods in Lisbon, with narrow streets, typical doors and many fado houses.
We will visit Santa Lúzia´s viewpoint and the Portas do Sol viewpoint (The view of Lisbon from both viewpoints is a must). We will pass by Amália Rodrigues Monument and by the Castle of Lisbon (Optional - admission is not included).
- RETURN: 17:00h or 18:00h - Lisbon / Albufeira
