Before your booking at Johnny´s Tours website, we encourage you to read our Payment Terms and Conditions carefully.

These terms are an agreement between you and Johnny´s Tours from the time that the booking is made.

Payment Terms

When you book directly through Johnny´s Tours website, you should pay the total amount established. But, if you prefer, you can contact our team and follow the next terms:

• 40% once availability is confirmed.
• 60% directly to the driver before the tour starts.

Payment Methods

When you book a reservation for a Tour through the website, you should make the full payment or the payment of the 40% deposit.

For bookings made with our offices, you can pay through Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer doesn’t include the payment of any additional fee.

For security reasons and data protection issues, either ours or from our customers, our bank details will be provided after contacting our team (email, Whatsup, sms message or phone call).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you should notify us immediately. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior the tour, are not refunded. Please, check the following terms:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: there is no cancellation penalty. Total refund.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours prior the tour, are not refunded According to the decree law no. 144/2015, we inform that in order to solve consumption conflicts, you must contact the Arbitral Committee of Tourism of Portugal at Turismo de Portugal.
